We are a full service mental health facility, with two locations in Meridian and Nampa, Idaho. Our goal is to foster a supportive environment where clients can access a full range of care to promote healing and growth. We offer Counseling, Peer Support, Medication Management, Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR), and Case Management services to support you every step of the way on your journey toward optimal wellness.

Tour Our Facilities
We have two Idaho locations to meet your needs - one in Meridian (off Eagle and the freeway) and one in Nampa, (near 2nd St and 10th Ave). Our agency houses ten individual counselor offices, two intern offices, and a medication management space.
