What insurances do you accept?
We accept almost all insurances, Medicaid and cash pay for counseling and medication management. Peripheral services (PSR, Peer Support, and Case Management) are avaliable to Medicaid clients only.

What types of counseling services do you offer?
We provide individual, family, couples, and play therapy counseling services. Our therapists specialize in treating a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more.

What ages and populations do you work with?
We offer counseling for children, adolescents, and adults. Our providers are trained to meet the unique needs of different age groups. We work with clients from all walks of life and income levels. Peer Support Specialists are available to clients 18+. Our Youth Peer Support Specialists can also see clients ages 12-17.
Please note, we do not see violent offenders or those charged or convicted of any sex crimes.

How do I schedule an appointment?
To schedule an appointment, please call our front desk at 208-468-0850. If you are interested in Peripheral Services, you will need to first complete a Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessment (CDA) with one of our counselors, per Medicaid requirements.

What is your cancelation policy?
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee. If you miss an appointment without first contacting our office, your appointment will be marked as a " no show" and could result in removal from services.

How do I get my refills for medication management?
For medication refills, please contact your pharmacy to make any medication requests. It should be noted, you must make your scheduled appointments with our medication managerr, otherwise refills will not be sent. Refill requests should be made one week before running out of your meds.

Can I switch services or providers if my needs change?
Absolutely. We understand that mental health needs evolve, and we are flexible in adjusting your care plan. If you feel that another service or provider may better suit your needs, we will work with you to make appropriate changes.

Do I need a referral to access services?
In most cases, a referral is not required. You can reach out to us directly to discuss your needs. However, certain programs, such as case management or rehabilitation services, may require an assessment to determine eligibility.

How long are sessions?
Counseling sessions are scheduled for 45 minutes. Medicatiion management appointments are scheduled for up to 30 minutes for new patients and 15 minutes for follow-ups. Peer Support and PSR clients receive up to 3 hours per week.

Do you offer virtual counseling?
Yes, many of our therapists offer telehealth sessions for clients who prefer or need remote sessions. These sessions are conducted securely through video conferencing.

What role does peer support play in mental health recovery?
Peer support specialists, who have personal experience with mental health recovery, offer guidance, understanding, and encouragement. Their role is to empower clients by providing a relatable perspective and helping them set and achieve recovery goals.

What is psychosocial rehabilitation?
Psychosocial rehabilitation (PSR) helps individuals with mental health conditions develop the skills needed to live independently, improve social functioning, and integrate into the community. It may include life skills training, social interactions, personal hygiene, budgeting, job readiness, building coping strategies, and other areas of focus.The goal is to enhance independence and promote overall well-being.

What does case management involve?
Case management services are designed to help individuals navigate mental health systems, access resources, and coordinate care. Case managers work closely with you to connect you with housing, employment, medical care, and other support services.
