Peer Support
This service is designed to provide individuals over the age of 18 with a worker who has experienced the same types of issues in their own life to help guide a person toward the path of recovery.
Medication Management
In office evaluation, and on-going monitoring, of psychiatric medications. This service is provided by licensed practitioners who specialize in psychiatric medication management.
Skills Building
This service is designed to have a paraprofessional assist individuals in confronting his or her life’s impediments caused by his or her mental health issues and provide real-time solutions in overcoming said impediments
Counseling
In office counseling and mental health diagnostics, provided by a licensed therapist designed to help you overcome the behavioral and emotional aspects of life’s impediments.
Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR)
PSR is a Medicaid sponsored program, in which qualifying children, adolescents, and adults receive psychological, social skill-building, and life skill-building services.
These services are provided in home as well as in various community settings where
skills can be practiced and applied.
Family, Marriage, or Individual Therapy
