Our team members are the heart of our agency, and we are committed to fostering a culture where they feel valued, respected, and empowered. Many of our bachelor’s-level staff are currently pursuing graduate degrees in counseling, bringing fresh perspectives and a passion for growth to the work we do. In addition to providing mentorship to our staff, we also regularly host team-building activities that bring fun, connection, and camaraderie - such as escape rooms, candle making nights, nature hikes, and holiday parties.
